I observe a lot of people at the gym that workout with a friend. However I also see many people working out all alone. Sometimes they have improper form or they are lifting with too little weight, or they just don't do enough to make a difference. Most of the time if they just had someone to encourage them, give them some guidance and support and demonstrate some interest in them, I think they would enjoy exercising mofe and feel more positive about what they are doing. What are some of the most practical ways we can show kindness and demonstrate support of others in the gym?
