The childhood obesity crisis doesn’t go away as children grow. They become young adults with adult-sized challenges. Many of them are on college campuses. The university environment can challenge even the most disciplined and fit student. Endless fast food choices, beer, independence from parents, lack of sleep and many other factors all make up the college scene.
