Journey to Wellness Outreach Initiative

Dear Religious Leader:

We are very excited about a new Health Initiative, Journey to Wellness,
developed by Monarch Health Promotions. Our goal is to work with parishinors, individually and in groups, to achieve a variety of goals to improve their health and provide them with practical, lifelong tools to put them on a path to good health.

As part of our program, we want to invite religious leaders and organizations, such as yours, to collaborate with us to give individuals the best opportunity to learn about their health options and to have the leaders in the community be a part of their success.

We would like to send you more information on who we are and specifics on how you can be our program’s partner by collaborating in a variety of ways: consulting on events, referring participants, joining us for workshops, providing information, acting as a host site, and so on.
